柔軟体操

最近友達と始めた柔軟体操。目標は180度開脚です。元々硬い方なので、中々柔らかくなりませんが、一歩一歩頑張ります!それにしても、少し柔らかくなっただけでも全然体の感覚が違います。体は大切、色々と気を使わなければ。
I started to do stretching with my friends. We do it every day at our own house and sometimes report about each progress. I had heard a lot about how good it is not only for the body but also for the mind,but I had never had a chance to try it before. I wanna continue and try my best: )
